TERMS & CONDITION
1. Rates quoted in Malaysia (RM) and subject to change without prior notice and the minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours period)
2.Extra hours shall be charged at 15% of the daily rate per hour. 5 hours extra consider full day rental. Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT will be RM100.00-rm500.00 based on the car type. Security deposit will be refunded in 7-14 working days from the return date.
4. The HIRER RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE as a result of illegal, negligence, careless actions, scratch, dent, tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, lack of electricity because forgotten turned off electrical devices, loss or damage to the vehicle accessories, and damage of windows, mirrors and undercarriage.
5.In addition, the customer is required to pay DIRECTLY for the damages caused during rental as a guarantee for the vehicle's damages. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be held as No.3 terms & condition. The sum/balance of SECURITY DEPOSIT which will be reimbursed if required.
6. If the accident and damage of a vehicle is caused by a third party vehicle, the hirer is responsible to get all third party details such as vehicle registration number, driver’s name and driving licence number. If the claims cannot be made againts the third party insurance, therefore all damage will be borne by the hirer subject to excess clause as mentioned in the terms and condition no. 10.
7. The hirer is required to inform our company and make a police report within 24 hours from the time of an accident or from the time you have found out the theft or loss and get a police report in writing.
8. The customer is responsible to return the vehicle for servicing and maintenance every 5000 Km, any damage to the vehicle due to late maintenance will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to impose a penalty of RM1 per Kilometre after 500 Km exceeding the service limit.
9.HIGH ROOF vehicles are not allowed to park in buildings such as shopping malls, hotels, condos, apartments, and etc. In addition, Pets are now allowed in the vehicle at any time.
10. The rental rates include full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. However, in line with the commercial insurance practice, THE HIRER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceed as below:
